Accomplish the online form below, fill in all the necessary information and upload proof of payment of membership.
Note: Official Receipt from your PAMET Chapter or Deposit Slip.
Payment verification/validation will take at least 1-2 business days.
Once your payment has been validated, you will recieve an email confirmation with your PAMET Account details.
Follow the activation instructions to activate your account. Once activated, you can now login to your PAMET Web Account.
