PAMET is the only accredited professional organization of all registered Medical Technologists in the country and members should be proud of it.

Although some benefits are intangible, it gives the venue to sharpen skills and upgrade knowledge through the Continuing Professional Education programs that it offers to its members.

An initial membership fee of Four Hundred Fifty Pesos (450.00PhP) shall be paid thru bank deposit/online banking or at PAMET Office (for NCR members*). Annual membership dues shall be paid not later than the first quarter of the year to the place membership, to be a member of good standing. Late payments shall be levied a penalty of no more than ten percent (10%) per annum.
For members who are 60-64 years old, 20% discount on registration fee during annual convention shall be given. They must pay full membership dues.
All Medical Technologist, Medical Laboratory Scientists and Medical Laboratory Technician, duly registered by the Professional Regulation Commission, are qualified to become members of the Association.
There shall be three (3) major categories of individual personal membership, which can be given voting privileges following compliance to prescribed requirements; Regular, Diplomate, and Fellow. There shall be two (2) other categories - Associate and Honorary, with no voting privileges.
A Medical Technologist shall seek membership in the chapter nearest his/her residence or place of work. A medical technologist shall a member of only one chapter. Members from the National Capital Region shall directly seek membership from the National Association.
Every member has the following RIGHTS:
